officially i am ASRiM student !

Assalamualaikum.

First entry by me as a degree student .

Woow ! I’m already a degree student . sengih lebar. Gembira jadi budak degree . Alhamdulillah.

Gotta my wanted course. Again. Alhamdulilah. Sengih . sengih . sengih .dan lagi.lagi..seseungguhnya sengih saya terlampau lebar malam ini. Walaupun dah 2 bulan jadi budak degree. But the memoir still `berkembang mekar `. ok dah cukup dah melalut .

Have u heard about actuarial science and risk management a.k.a ASRIM ?

That my course ! such a complicated to figure out right?

“Ape ke bendo nih ?”

“Actuary?… cam bunyi archery je ? nanti kerja panah org ek?

Errkkk. Its that’s one of your thought ? of course la not kannn.

How to make it simple ek. Ok .

Actually ASRIM is a study where u have to apply more and more mathematics skills  & statistical methods to assess risk in the insurance and finance industries.

Only 5 IPTA provide this course :

(correct me if wrong )

1.      USIM
2.      UITM
3.      UM
4.      USM
5.      UKM

Basically, many uni just provide AS or RM but Usim is the best coz provide AS + RM . well USIM TERUS MAJU kannn.

To be an actuary you’ve to pass about 3 papers of SOA (society of actuaries) exams. I don’t know what are the exam look like coz I never get chance to take it . If u passed 8 papers of it u’ll be a fellow .

ASRIM is one of the courses that provided by Faculty of Science & Technology (FST) of USIM .

For freshie , here are your list of subjects for this sem :

•       Arabic 2

•        English 2
•        History & Philosophy of Science (philo)
•         Algebra (killer me ..arrrgggg !!)
•        Microeconomic

For philo, I just suggest better u get any refreshment like sweets before class . why ? bcoz this subject really…………..figure out yourself ! Enough said .

Algebra . I don’t know what to say. Just remind all of u that u MUST be a good student.
